Terms & Conditions
- The product should be in good working condition at the time of entering in KUTCHINA-Cleaning Contact (KCC).
- KCC Charges should be paid by Cash/ Cheque drawn in favour of “Authorized Service Provider” in advance. If charges are paid by Cheque KCC will commence only after realisation of Cheque. In case of bounced Cheque, Service Provider will not be responsible for misplaced Cheque and customer should stop payment in such cases.
- Damages to the appliance due to accident, misuse, tempering, pests & rodents, Incorrect operation, shifting the appliances from one place to another and not following instruction as mentioned in the user’s manual, usage of non-recommended spare and due to another act of nature etc. Will not be covered under this contract. SUCH repair will be carried out on chargeable basis at the prevailing rates of the company.
- Defects and failures result from servicing and repairs done by a person other than the authorized representative will not be covered under this contract.
- Authorized technician will check and clean the product covered under the contact. The rectification of product or replacements of parts are not covered under this contract.
- If the product under contract is required to be taken for servicing at service center, then customer will arrange to send it to the service center or actual transportation cost and any incidental expense to be paid by the customer.
- This contract does not cover rusting, scratches, discoloration or any aspect related to appearance or aesthetics or wear and tear.
- This contract is not transferable and not terminable by customer and no refund request will be entertained.
- Authorized Service Provider reserves the right to enter into this contract at its sole discretion.
- The equipment should be made available for servicing as and when our service technician visits on his periodical servicing, failure to do so will be treated as service rendered and no refund shall be made on this account.
- All services under this contract must be availed within 7 days of due date of servicing. Every visit by service technician will be made within reasonable time from receipt of a registered complaint at our call center only and will be made only during working hours and no visits will be made on Sunday and holidays.
- Authorised service provider shall be responsible to provide all services under this contract within the validity of contract period. Under no circumstances validity of contract shall be extended.
- Customer needs to inform on Customer Care number-8926947363 in case of re-installation or change of address. Reinstallation charges will be changed extra as per the prevailing rates.
- This contract is offered to the customers who are residing within municipal limits of city area only. Contract will not be valid outside Municipal areas of the cities and no compensation or refund in any manner will be made in event of shifting the appliances to any other city/outside municipal limit.
- No spare parts or accessories are covered under this contract. If any spare or accessories are found defective, customer has to pay the price for replacements on the item and service charges as per prevailing rates.
- Please present the cleaning contract copy each time the technician visits your place for verification and prompt service.
- Price are subjected to change without prior notice.
- Terms and condition are subject to change without prior notice.
- Disputes if any will be subjected to PURULIA Jurisdiction only.
